With our four season subscription service, we design and deliver four beautiful and biodegradable drop-ins for your planter. Each season, simply pull out and dispose of last season’s compostable drop-in and replace it with the new drop-in delivered to your front door!
For your first season with the subscription, you can add a new planter to your order, and we'll deliver it to your front door with the drop-in placed inside the planter. For the subsequent seasons, we will deliver the drop-ins and place them by your front door.
This is a great option if you need a gift, want to spruce up your look before guests come, or you are putting your home on the market. Maybe you want to try us out before committing to a four season subscription. If buying as a gift, please add the recipient’s address (and gate code, if applicable) in the "delivery instructions" field. We will include a gift enclosure with a one sentence message and recipient’s name if you would like to include that information in the "delivery instructions" field. Please note: If you need a planter to put your one-time drop-in in, you'll need to add one to your order.

The delivery dates are approximate and weather dependent. We will contact you when your order is out for delivery.
Please water the pansies with one gallon of water twice a week while the temperatures remain under 75 degrees. Make sure the water gets to all the plants in the pot, from the edges to the center. Once the temperatures rise to 75 degrees, increase the number of days a week that you water. Pansies will flower more and look better if you deadhead them. To deadhead, cut the spent flower off at the bottom of the stem. Pansies are very hardy flowers so there is no need to cover them with a light towel or sheet unless the temperatures fall below 20 degrees. If your flowerpot is in part sun and part shade, please rotate the pot ¼ turn once a week so all the pansies receive sun and grow uniformly.

We provide top quality plants and detailed care instructions for your flowerpot drop-ins. It is your responsibility to water and care for the plants according to our instructions. If you notice that a specific plant is not thriving in your arrangement, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
We thoughtfully select the plants and create the designs in advance so we are unable to fulfill specific flower requests.
One time orders - You will be charged for the full amount when you place a one time order.
Four season subscriptions - When you sign up for the four season subscription, you will be billed for the first season when you place your order. We will charge the credit card on file two to three weeks prior to the delivery of subsequent seasons.
Your four season subscription will automatically renew, so there's no need for you do to anything to keep it going. To manage your account information, go to "My Account." If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can also do this through the "My Account" portal.
